Return and Refund Policy

1. Right of withdrawal

According to the legislation in force, you have the right to return purchased products within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, without stating any reasons.

2. Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as it was delivered, with no signs of use, and in its original packaging, with all accessories and labels intact.

3. Return procedure

To return a product:

1. Contact us at ofertax@yahoo.com or by phone at 0793.750.293 to inform us of your intention to return.
2. Ship the product to the address: ECOMIFY SRL, Bălteni, Gorj County. Return costs are borne by you.
3. After receiving and checking the product, we will refund the amount paid within 14 days to your bank account.

4. Exceptions

Returns are not accepted for products that:

• Have been unsealed and can no longer be resold for reasons of hygiene or health protection
• Are damaged or have broken packaging
• Have been personalized according to your specifications
